| The main concern of the directorate is to administrate manage air traffic by issuing all necessary orders, notes and recommendations. Another task is to upgrade and maintain wireless telecommunication equipments and also to secure other air navigation equipments to airports all around Sudan. |

Prepares studies and recommendations related to approaching , automatic landing and airways planning and management. |

Provides training using recent training methodologies to employees. |

Prepares budget proposals for directorate, controls and manages it. |

Determines and develops equipments specifications. |

Prepares studies, researches related to directorate activities. |

6. |
Participates and shares solutions for problems that interrupt air traffic and flight safety. |
